Memorandum of understanding between the CNSC and the Electrical Safety Authority (Ontario)

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) have respective regulatory authorities over electrical equipment and systems at CNSC-licensed nuclear facilities and activities in the Province of Ontario. The CNSC and ESA have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in recognition of these respective authorities and to formalize opportunities for collaborative activities.
