Douglas Point Waste Facility licence amendment public information webinar

October 14 Webinar Update:

Due to technical issues, the English session of the webinar slated for October 14 at 1 p.m. has been postponed to October 21 at 1 p.m.

The CNSC is hosting public information webinars on the proposed Douglas Point Waste Facility (DPWF) licence amendment. In July 2019, Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) submitted an application to amend their current licence to proceed with active decommissioning. The facility is located on the Bruce Power nuclear site, in Tiverton, Ontario, on the east shore of Lake Huron.
