Response provided within 30 days of request; the response time may be extended pursuant to section 9 of the ATIA. Notice of extension is to be sent within 30 days after receipt of request.

Performance results The CNSC responded within 30 days in 59% of the cases.* Of the remaining requests, 25% were completed in 31–60 days, 13% were completed in 61–365 days and 3% required more than 365 days to complete.
